History

Independent Planning Management Company, Inc. (IPMC) is a family owned and operated HOA Management Company located in the California Bay Area specifically focusing on homeowner associations in Contra Costa County and Alameda County. IPMC was established in 1988 as a sole proprietorship. In 2017, the original owner, Bryan Morgado, sold IPMC to his daughter. Shortly after the sale, IPMC became an incorporated company with a focus on bringing the company into the modern age of technology.
